products. Changes may occur due to errors, fluctuating market conditions,
product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisement. mnmsystems.com
will not be held responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at
any time without notice. mnmsystems.com also reserves the right to refuse any
order deemed inappropriate. MNMSYSTEMS has no liability, consequential, incidental or special damages.These include,
without limitation, loss of recorded data, the cost of recovery of lost data, lost profits and the cost of the installation or removal
of any products, the installation of replacement products,
and any inspection, testing, or redesign caused by any defect or by the repair or replacement of Products
arising from a defect in any products.
Terms of Service
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from
mnmsystems.com (MR MNM PC, Inc.), you
(Customer) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed. You and
mnmsystems.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms
governing the sales transaction between Customer and mnmsystems.com. Any attempt to
alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer
will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are
null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at
any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and
conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any
goods from mnmsystems.com.
Sales
All goods are sold F.O.B. Elmont New York
Refunds/Returns
All exchanges and/or returns are
subject for companies approval. please contact one of our account executives if
you should have any questions. All exchanges and returns require a Return
Merchandise Authorization number
Warranties
mnmsystems.com warrants that our products are free from defect in material and
workmanship and, subject to condition set forth herein, agree to repair or
replace in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties from the date of
original retail purchase without charge to parts and labor. The warranty period
is one year unless otherwise stated. This warranty is limited to the original
purchaser and is not transferable to anyone else. If any products are
determined to be defective, they will be exchanged or repaired at
mnmsystem.com's discretion within 45 days from the original invoice date on
which the product was shipped. Once the 45 days has passed, the manufacturer's
warranty would be put into effect. All branded products, except for OEM CPUs,
have their own specific manufacturer warranties. Please contact the
manufacturer’s customer support directly for any warranty issues, as all
inquiries should go through them from now on. Any damage on the products which
resulted from mishandling or product abuse will have the warranty voided
immediately. Please contact our RMA department for further information about how
to return the defective product.
Miscellaneous
Seller is not liable for
price decrease due to market changes. seller is not authorized or approved agent
for any products it sells. All brand names listed are registered trademarks of
their respective owner.
Removal or alteration
of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void
your mnmsystems.com Return Policy. Products that are returned to mnmsystems with
a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and
returned to you.
Extra Charge
Customers
will be charged a fee of $15.00 for each package if the delivery address needs
to be changed once the package has left the premises for delivery to the
original address. The customer's Credit Card will be charged automatically
should such a notice is received by the Carrier.
